I worked with an ngo in Rwanda that has helped build health centres in remote and rural regions. One such centre is in Gashora, located in the Bugesera District in the south of the country. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I documented life in and around the medical centre. Local residents can come here to see a doctor or nurse, have a blood test, an ultrasound scan or give birth. For the local population, these centres provide access to medical care that was previously non-existent or very limited.
